As Nick says, Cucumber in the shady corner and try not to splash it during strong sunlight (OK in the evening) as it might cause spotting on the leaves as the water globules work like a lens.
Courgette outside, they need plenty of space or something to grow up.
I'd also be tempted to put some tomatos outside too, with 12 they might be cramped and give lower yields in the greenhouse. If you space them well an dput some outside you can bottle/pickle/freeze or give away the glut in July and August and the greenhouse extends the season for the others inside by being earlier and later too.

The first year I grew tomatoes [outside], it took almost all summer for any tomatoes to appear. Then I read that leaving them in pots that are too small stresses them out, makes then think they're not long for this world and spurs them on to hurry up and try to reproduce. That first year, they were in great big flower buckets having a whale of time, producing vast quantities of nothing but leaves. Since then, left in small pots, they flower much earlier and then get rewarded with decent sized pots. Well done with yours btw, they look great.
