The leaves of the cuc will probably interfere with those of the sweet pepper plant and the aubergine unless you train the cuc to go up a trellis set some way back from the growbag. Aubergine and pepper plants can get quite bushy. The cuc will probably steal nourishment from the other two as well, so you'll want to be generous with the feed.
I'm guessing it's companion growing, Chris, because it's three different plants/two families of plant in the same grow bag.
Edited to add: sorry, I've just spotted that you say you've added a cane to the grow bag. That won't be enough for the cuc, as it'll need a large trellis to go scrambling over. I use a cane to support my pepper and aubergine plants too.Last edited by Snoop Puss; 15-05-2018, 03:59 PM.

Personally, I wouldn't put a cucumber in with the other 2 - their requirements are too different. I also think that 3 plants in a grow bag is too much - too crowded. In fact. I've stopped using grow bags altogether as watering them is difficult. I buy growbags and use the compost to fill individual pots that can be moved around to suit the plants.
