Hi and welcome. Looks like any other GH to me!!
Sometimes you can find a maker's mark on the triangle above the door, otherwise, most GH's are very similar.

It looks like a common garden greenhouse to me, a compact 8 x 6 variety there appears to be a safe hinged central window and a sturdy sliding door.

Pretty much all purchased components will work with the common greenhouse, so make and model are less important. It's not a rare variety or a high quality branded item so has minimal value beyond having the capability to while many a good hour away within.
