My personal challenge this year was to grow as much as I can (in pots) for thai green curry. And then cook it from scratch ![Smile](https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/grapevine/core/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Homegrown:
Thai aubergines - Kermit F1, I am really happy with them
Thai basil, lemongrass
Chilis - I used cayenne (green for the paste, red for cooking), I don't have bird's eyes
Also homegrown but not photographed: Green runner beans, coriander roots
Bought: Galangal, shallots and garlic (these would be easy to grow but a bit boring), kaffir lime leaves, limes
I will have one more lot from the aubergines later so I will do it again (or maybe red curry). And I certainly will grow them again next year.
I also want to buy a lime tree. I am thinking about doing it properly and getting a kaffir lime tree but not sure yet.
