Look pretty well OK to me, I'd just ignore it - make sure that there is nothing to stop the flow of air round the plants as fresh air will help, so you might want to take the netting down.
I always cut off any leaves that have rust spores on them,it can spread & put them in the grey bin,don’t compost them,it says on the RHS site -

They don’t semi rest here,they go far away I had two leaves on my pear tree with rust,I couldn’t believe it but it’s quite normal with broad beans...
