I have a few rather lovely, long chillies (no idea of the variety, sorry!) some red, some green, maybe half a dozen or so. Can I just chop them and freeze them in ice-cube trays or something for adding to meals another time. I've prepped ahead all the meals I can fit in the freezer at the moment, so no plans to cook with them any time soon.
