Holly Daze - Ariane Mondeo and Pacific Purple, sounds like you may have the same deal I got a few years ago, for one bed , they are ok except the pacific purple is very poor for yield vs the other two

Greenishfing - personally think growing from seed is best, no disease risk, can select strongest growers to plant out and low cost

Small pumpkin - Maybe us 'Isle' residents get earlier dying off as its an earlier start without frosts ? May I ask what varieties you have ?
