Itchy fingers

Not sowing anything yet. Super hot chillies get sown next month.
It might be time to start seed shuffling. Working out what I've got, what I need and what I would like.

I started some tomato seeds yesterday

There is still just about time to plant some field beans as a green manure. Otherwise get collecting those last bits of green vegetation from the hedgerows to make compost and all the autumn leaves you can muster to make leaf mould.
We both had that noravirus two weeks ago and are only now back to strength so a few jobs to catch up with before the frost. Speaking of which today is average first frost in our region, looks like it's going to be a few days yet, lots still quite green despite the lack of daylight hours.

Sow a seed a day?? Not sure I could manage that with work and family commitments but I definitely have itchy fingers... keep filling virtual baskets with seeds then putting them back
