I would have to grow Lima(butter)beans under cover up here, I know we have a warming climate, but it's not quite reached us just yet.

Wow, some great information here!
I must admit I'm a bit confused... other than borlotti and yin yang, I have no idea what types to go for for pinto style beans.. butter beans... My brain is crying out for a table listing out the different types of beans and what names they have when you want to purchase them. I think in my mind I'm already creating that table, to organise it in my own mind. Thank you all
