    • Yesterday Arran Pilot potatoes,one mini red pepper,rocket leaves,two red onions straight from the ground to make a potato salad,I should lift them all today or tomorrow & dry them & my first balconi red tomato.
      Edit - also a few gooseberries & strawberries

              • They're impressive as a small sweet pepper, which suits me fine. One was enough for a salad without ending up with half a pepper going brown.

                      • Third digging of Sarpo Mira main crop spuds. More tasty than than the Charlottes, which we finished a week or two back.
                        I live in a part of the UK with very mild winters. Please take this into account before thinking "if he is sowing those now...."
