A cucumber, which I sliced and put in a jar with salt water and various seasonings to ferment.

Stripped one bush of gooseberries. Got 2kg (in addition to about 800g I picked from that bush earlier). Just three more bushes to go.

Harvested my red onions yesterday,these spring sown red sets are smaller than when I overwinter them but still good & all usable. Mini red peppers,courgette,cucumber,potatoes & two radish.

Yellow courgettes (soleil), Japanese wineberries, cavolo Nero kale, a few early raspberries, perpetual spinach (most has bolted, boo), a few Egyptian walking onions and their chive-like leaves, boltardy beetroot. And herbs - rosemary and thyme and some chamomile to dry for tea.
