Sounds like something I want too! I am a bit worried about one of my chillis. It has really wrinkled leaves. I thought it looked like aphids but there are no signs on it. It’s a bit of an odd one anyway. Bit scrawny.

    • A few of mine have leaves like that. No idea what it is. Can't find anything in the book and like you can't see any aphids and check regularly.
I've found some of mine have improve putting them into a bigger pot.

      • Overwatering perhaps?

Will maybe try potting it on. I don’t think it’ll be overwatering. I’m careful to dry and give them time to dry out between watering. Who knows though.

Attaching a pic of two of my favourites so far. They both have a much darker purple stem. One also have purple on the leaves. Am getting a bit impatient with my chillis. Loads of buds just not many flowers yet. Hoping the better weather will get them going.

What do the leaves look like on 7 Pot plants? I had assumed all of my mysteries were Capsicum anuum but looking at the photos of all the anuums in the mixture there's nothing that matches #4 unless they get much bigger.

I think the best way to work out if it's a C. Chinense is to see how the buds are forming. They have between 2 and 6 buds coming from the same place. C. Annuum have 1 bud from every fork in the plant.

ID:	2384280Got a flower on one of my more interesting chillis. 6 petals, pure white inside with a purple fillament. Pods hanging down and only one per fork. It’s the one with a dark purple stem.

Think I currently have 39 chilli plants from the mixed seeds.

This plant is a bit different in shape from the other. More sprawling if you know what I mean. Not sure that helps identify it.

                      • It's definitely a C. Baccatum. So that narrows down the choices
