Most people know about comfrey being a good all round fertiliser & stinging nettles being high in nitrogen, but are there any studies or research into the nutrient values of different plants used as fertilisers?
You often read comfrey is such a great fertiliser because of its deep roots, surely that means plants like horsetail would be very good too?
Are there any lists of the NPK & micronutrient values of different 'weeds' used as fertilisers?
