Encarsia Formosa wasps worked for me and left satisfying dead whiteflies on leaves. You'll need to check for safe period before you can use biological controls after insecticides.

In the house I used a vacuum cleaner.

      Droseras and honeydews might help.

I would just stick them under the tap and wash off as much as possible. Do it every evening if you can and put them outside for an hour in a sheltered sunny spot.

Yellow sticky traps will kill beneficial insects as well as the white flies.
Wash with soapy water regularly and that should keep them off.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Drop of washing up liquid in one of those small spray guns usually works for me. If you want to see them burn a few drops of chilli extract sets them on fire. They do actually look like they have been burnt lol

Just make sure you have no beneficial insects around when you do it

I think, if you can, obtain some biological warfare, i.e. some beneficial insects might be an idea. Ladybird & hoverfly larvae have quite big appetite for the little critters
