After reading Greenleaves thread and his grass hook I was wondering what tools you favour and why?
I've never heard of a grasshook!! I will look it up.
I've got my favourite secateurs that are with me all the time while in the garden. I recently bought a pair of tin snips for cutting copper but they have found their way into the garden too. But what I have found handy recently is a mini shovel? The handle is just under 2ft? long. It's been great for digging out the compost from the bottom of my composters and it's fab digging holes in the GH for my toms. I'm seriously suffering with a bad back and I'm able to do lots more without getting up and down.
