Cherry (record harvest 1, and it was horrible!, not a good crop for west coast of Scotland)

I picked my first sweet pepper yesterday. It was all the plant had, it must have just put all it's energy into that one big fruit. Much appreciated though..

Exactly why bother growing it if you're not going to enjoy harvesting, eating or sharing it.

I'm just a simple soul who hasn't a clue what she's growing - so any tomato will tickle my taste buds.
A cherry and a peach would be nice too.

I have picked strawberries daily, radish and lettuce, nothing else is remotely like being picked yet.

I seem to be living on Spring cabbage just now until summat else in the garden is ready to crop. Jap onions are doing well so methinks they will be next into the bucket.

I've started to tick mine off -
Picked the first cucumber, courgette and strawberry.

I need to Tick off - First tomato, bean, raspberry, cherry, plum and apple - all of which I hope to tick off in the next few months.

I've picked my first 3 turnips. They were very nice.

Yesterday picked the first of my peas Calibra originally sown to eat as shoots then got planted in the garden when they became to woody to eat.
