Tumeric tubers/roots arrived yesterday. Surprised at how many I got for less than three squid. I will try and plant them today after first googling growing techniques.

They sell it in Waitrose. Went for some fresh ginger and they had turmeric aswell

I put mine in cool light place in the house and let it sprout before planting. It did take awhile tho, not sure how long it would take to sprout if you just put it into the ground.
