Sprouts flowering

I need help please !
I planted my sprouts last month. They are Groninger apparently. For the first few weeks they did okay, but recently they have started to produce a flower stem which I have removed each time.
Never grown this variety before, although I would presume that they shouldn't flower? I have not neglected them and they have had plenty of water. Why are they doing this ?

They can flower when they get to hot in the sun or if they suffer wind rock. I hope you have some that aren’t flowering.
