Aminopyralid: most susceptible plant to test compost

Good morning all,

This may have already been mentioned on the forum before and my apologies for that, I believe growing a susceptible crop in potentially infected compost is a good indicator of aminopyralid presence.
what is the easiest/quickest test for the presence of aminopyralid or the most susceptible test crop to try?

I use broad beans

Does each type of plant have different growing traits in the presence of aminopyralid or does everything grow slow and contorted?

I use dwarf French beans but tomatoes are an early indicator too.

Broad/field beans are usually suggested for a test.

thinking out of the box, would cress show the damage? just thinking that in terms of testing, the faster the growth, the quicker the result.

I think cress is a brassica, brassicas are not affected by aminopyralid, so I don't think it would be much use as a test?

Sweetcorn isn't affected by Aminpyralid as it is a member of the grass family. Aminopyralid is used to kill broad leaf weeds in grass/corn.
