Any ideas please this year has been my worst year for growing , I have lost cucumbers, runnerbeans, tomatoes it seems all the leaves go brown all round the outside never had it before any ideas please .

Could be powdery mildew caused by the weather being humid.

could you provide a bit more info please ? ie where are you growing this veg and what sort of compost do you use etc.

Sounds like a disease problem, so as has already been suggested it may be weather related.
