Congratulations. They're my one reliable crop. My first year, Mr Snoop got sick to death of eating courgettes. You can get rid of a lot in one go if you make courgetti. They start off looking like loads in the pan but, just like spinach, they dwindle to next to nothing. My penny's worth for when you get a glut...
