Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and to vegetable gardening (and gardening in general, to be honest!).
I have a lovely crop of mixed salad, herbs, courgettes, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, kale and strawberries on the go at the moment! It's all been a bit of a learning curve, but seems to be going ok for the moment.
I've grown everything from seeds, apart from the strawberries. As I'm in rented accommodation, I unfortunately have to grow everything in pots - although I do have quite a deep planter as well.
I'd like to plant some more seeds in August, but struggling to see what would actually be viable for such late seed planting. I have a mini greenhouse, which might help to get things sprouting.
Does anyone have any advice on what vegetables can survive in Autumn? Or over the winter for that matter?
I'm really enjoying being out in the garden and seeing my veg grow . Would love to be able to continue when the summer ends.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
