Lol, probably boyed up by the lovely weather but is it foolhardy to plant up a few ferrari or Rocquencourt beans in a pot this late?

I think it would be very unlikely you will get a crop...you would need to have very warm weather in November?!

Well the November weather is anyone’s guess but as you say, daylight hours... I suppose I only have half a dozen seeds to lose as a whacky experiment

How about leaving the pot outside during the day and inside at night?
I think (not sure) they stop growing below a certain nighttime temperature?... which is why they are always later than runner beans?"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
