    I would say 10, same as ground elder....but taste is subjective so you should try yourself. There is a reason that they are rarely served on a plate with them being easily foraged. plenty of other free foods available that can be used and taste good in something ....Blackberries,elderberries, wild asparagus, those mini plums and sloes are probably my most used forages food.

      Ground elder is meant to be very tasty, although admittedly I've never tried it. The Romans actually introduced it as a foodstuff.
