Today I harvested 2020

Sunday harvest was: parsnip, J As, kale, chard, leek, collard and along with the last of my potatoes and some stored garlic I made a type of minestrone soup with pastini and spicy sausage. topped with parsnip and carrot crisps.

A spring cabbage I planted in September 2018, didn't flower last year and still alive somehow.

A load of carrots. Still loads left. Hope I use them all before they start growing again in spring.

Enough purple sprouting for 2 and 3 decent parsnips. Also dug up a leek that had fallen over, unfortunately due to leek moth. Although covered one must have found its way through but the rest seem fine.
