Today I harvested 2020

This weekend: the last parsley root, a celeriac, a few leeks, a handful each of PSB and perennial kale

Lamb's lettuce and land cress for salad (although i'm slowly eradicating the land cress as I don't like it much.)

Chard today to go in soup along with some frozen veg.

First Rhubarb of the year for me, a nice apple and rhubarb crumble was made and demolished.

More carrots, Autumn King this time, only one more variety after these, I definitely over dosed on carrots last year lol.

Last of the kale, some cabbage shoots ( from stumps I’d not pulled up yet), first harvest of the purple sprouting broccoli.

Yesterday picked a couple of leeks. The rest which are left aren't going to go very far now:
