As you all know I gave up my plot in October last year. So I have decided to start growing at home instead where I can manage it better(And to be able to go out in my pj's whenever I want lol)

I have decided to get some raised bed(The ones that stands on legs to stop my dog from getting in my plants)

The beds I have decided to get are 1800mm by 700mm the depth is 390mm. I was wondering what sort of plants can I grow in these? I am thinking of getting 2 raised beds.

Why don't you put a fence around beds on the ground?

OK, I understand now!! Hope your dog isn't a digger then, as mine are.

These beds you want - are they the same depth all over, or are they V shaped like Veg trugs?

You could look at square foot gardening and Veg in one bed. Although they talk more about in ground you can get idea of spacing.

You can grow a lot in those, strawberries, herbs, little bush tomatoes like tumbler, lettuce, trailing mini cucumber like cucino or diva, carrots & dwarf peas, peppers, onions & rocket probably more if you wanted. Container varieties of courgette & beans?

I aint good a DIY and I've already asked my other half but I could be waiting ages for him to build me some. I am still waiting on him to make me a table for my sewing room, he was meant to be doing it 2 years ago and I am still waiting.

What’s the garden like at the moment,is there a flower bed or any shrubs growing in soil, where you can plant next to those. Or use buckets & potato bags if there’s a patio, those raised beds in the link would need a lot of compost to fill, one review said 500litres,in buckets & potato bags you can grow potatoes, small Brussel sprouts, melon, cape gooseberry, tomatoes, peppers, carrots & peas, runner beans, lettuce, spring onions, rocket maybe more & it would cost less? Is there a patio though?

They look good to me and have 15year guarantee - so keep the receipt. Will need to be lined though.
At 15" deep could grow root crops if you wanted.

We have a patio and then a grass area. We have decided to move the flowers in pots onto the grass area and put the raised beds on the patio.

I have grown potatoes in buckets before and not had any luck, same with carrots.
