Quickest Veg varieties

Ok, so looking at getting an early crop, which varieties would you recommend for a quick turnaround.

I've got Amsterdam forcing for early carrots and International kidney for an early cropping potato, what varieties do you grow for the earliest veggies on the plate.

Remember to resow two or three weeks after the first lot,I usually leave a months gap,depends when you remember,could mark it on the calendar as an upcoming event to look forward to. Celebration runner beans are quite quick.
