Hi, if you were growing just one variety of medium size salad tomato, for taste and not yield, which variety would you choose?

Ailsa Craig, I grow it every year, SWMBO like the cherry toms, but I like the medium ones, of the small ones I like Gardeners delight and Supersweet 100.
