Bit the bullet and ordered some of their own make and some Westlands. Hopefully can collect on Monday. If others are lucky enough to see in the shops would def get it. Who knows when it'll come in again. None of usual haunts like b and m, lidl or sainsburys had them and b and q were saying 21 days for delivery. Bought enough that it should do me for the summer.

I saw that a couple of weeks ago however the price seems to have changed now, that was 3 for 2?

I've bought "Magnolia" brand MPC from my local corner shop. Doesn't say what its made from but its well shredded and nice to use. Think its from Somerset and I've used it before.

Got the compost today. 10 bags - 6 wilkes own brand and 4 westlands with john innes. Got a mix in case I spent like one kind. Opened the wilkes and potted on almost all.y tomatoes tonight. See what you mean about it being a bit fibrous but seems fine for the tomatoes and here wasn't lots of lumpy bits so pretty chuffed and relieved. Now my only problem is that I have lots of tomatoes in big pots that cant go outside overnight yet and the gh is at the bottom of the garden. So lots of lugging trays back and forward for a few weeks. Never mind sure it'll be worth it.

Could I trouble you or anyone else who is buying Wike's/Aldi/other supermarket composts to take a picture of them? A picture is worth a thousand words... as the saying goes.
