Looks like lack of nitrogen to me - hard to be sure from a photo but some compost may be a bit too dry - try picking up a few of the pots to see if it feels as if they all weigh about the same - any lighter ones should be given a good soak in a bowl of water for an hour or so.

Well I've tried feeding them last week and its not worked. Got me baffled this has as I grow them the same every year and never had those problem. This is new compost so it shouldn't be lacking nutrients. There was a bit of white fungus in the compost when I opened it, would that cause an issue and if so how do you treat it?
Everything else has been grown in this compost without problems.

I suspect the compost, too, although I don't think it's "contaminated", per se. Rather, I think it's just really cheap, crap compost which is wildly nutrient deficient. Those symptoms are definitely nutrient deficiency, but the only reason it could manifest this quickly is problems with the compost. Otherwise, it would have taken longer in coming.
Feed them twice a week with a half-strength general feed or high nitrogen feed (not tomato feed, unless that's all you have). Hopefully they'll perk up.

Thanks for the replies. I've been feeding them, still pale but hopefully theyll be ok. I've got all their final pots ready for them. Problem is it's the same compost so I've added a load of blood fish and bone with an added bottom layer of my own compost.
