  • Sweet pepper thor f1

Hi , has anyone grew theses peppers, just wondering how big the plants get and what size of pot they would need, thanks

I haven't grown thor, but most sweet peppers get quite big, unless it's some special dwarf one. I would aim for a 10 litre final pot size. You can get away with much smaller, but expect less of a yield. Pinch out the tops when they're about 6 inches to encourage bushier growth and a thicker stem.

    Regards

We tried these, had poor germination rate and the plants just didn't match up to expectation. fruit wasn't anything to write home about either. We were comparing them to Palermo peppers growing alongside.
It'll be interesting to see how you get on.

Edit.. to answer your question, plants grew to about 18in tall, we gave ours about 18in space in all directions (planted direct in the ground inside a PT) and others were in flower buckets in the greenhouse.
