cauliflower big freeze

don't know if this is the right place for this but here goes can anybody tell me the best way to freeze cauliflower as i tried just putting it in the freezer not with very good results hope someone can help many thanks in advance

If and WHEN I had some cauliflower I just broke the florets up, poured a kettle full of boiling water over them, tipped them into colander and rinsed under cold water tap! Drain off a while athen bag up, and into freezer. When I used them I just par boiled them as I like em a bit el dente!

Just a memory for me I'm afraid as mine got munched by various species of birds and insects this year.....but there's always next year!

thanks snadger i didn't have problems with the crop the opposite in fact don't ask how just planted and hey presto lovely white cauli's
