I brought 2 Razzamatazz and 2 Scotch Bonnet plants in from the greenhouse today to overwinter in a cool spare room. Most of my plants finished fruiting last week and have now begun to drop their leaves. Now trying to work out how many of the others (Cayenne and Jalepeno) I can sneak in past the OH...

My chillies have been struck down by (I think) white fly, and some other tiny hard shelled striped beastie. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm somewhat annoyed, as they've been in the house for several weeks, no infestation of anything anywhere, then out of nowhere they're covered!
So, I've harevsted everything on them, trimmed them right down and given them a shower. Literally, in the bath, with the shower hose. So now it's daily inspection and squishing.
I like the idea of traps, must try that ...
Oh. Lost my favourite auntie status when I encouraged my hot food-loving nephew to try an orange habanero. Well, I didn't know he would chomp the whole thing in one fell swoop, did I ???Caro
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day

Brought 3 of my chilli plants inside to overwinter but managed to kill 2 of them by forgetting to water them.
The third was a cayenne that i cut right back. It's grown back a little skinny but has flowered, set one chilli and stopped growing for now. Wasn't expecting it to ripen but it has!Attached Files
