What can I sow now?

Could anyone advise me on what I could be sowing now?

I'm in N.E. England so plenty of time for frost however I do have a south-facing, unheted greenhouse. a small heated Propagator and some normal Propagators.

I also have raised beds in which I sowed green manure and mustard. Can these be dug in and something planted?

Have a read of this thread from last year, it is full of useful ideas to stop the fingers from itching too much this early on.
