I was pottering about in the garden pulling off the odd dead leaf etc and had them in my hand. All of a sudden i felt this god almighty pain in one of my fingers. when I opened my hand there was a wasp. Not something I would have expected in January. So beware when pottering about even in the deepths of winter.
