Root trainers advice please

Can anyone tell me which seeds do best in root trainers please?

I always plant runner beans, sweet peas and anything that likes a deep root in root trainers and it seems to get them off to a flying start.

I also use them for those climbing peas that grow really tall - the sort you can get from HSL or Victoriana.
