I somehow hit my toe on the door frame when I tried to walk through it!!
Am hobbling around, don't think i'll be doing much on the allotment for a while, I'm so annoyed.Will have to get OH on the case!

Got 6 bags for £3. Bags are about 2/3 bin bag size. Smells gorgeous, it's still in my boot cuz I haven't had chance to take it t'lottie this morning, I've been out to sniff it though! (Is that weird?)

Met someone a while ago who lived there, named Sarah with a three year old and a lottie! Put 2 and 2 together got 5!!!!

shrooms

they are about bin bag sized! not sure how much they weight though.
number is, 012250864904 oakfield farm. ring them around 8 am or 10 am thats when they come out of the caves for a cup of tea!

Wow ive been looking for a shroom compost source for ages, BOA here I come! thanks everyone. I almost bought one of those kits the other week, so glad I didnt. where do you store them to get mushrooms before using compost?

By the way planted my shallots last week.

The mushroom compost is "spent" However if you use it as a mulch you're bound to get a few mushrooms popping up into the bargain! Infact I "rescued" 5 or 6 before spreading my lot yesterday.
