    Its a deffo, and no, i would'nt put them in the freezer if they were mine. Theres plenty of time yet for a good hard frost so don't worry about it.

      Hello Maf, welcome to the vine .

      If your garlic is an spring planting type, it is ok. Last year, my spring planting garlic only went into the ground around this time or even later and they still form cloves but with smaller bulbs. I don't think putting your garlic in freezer will help, it might actually freeze and damage it. Plant them outside and make sure they are not sitting in the wet ground, nature will do it's magic .

        i put mine out 2 days ago and how typical both mornings have been frost free
