Hi all, im just sowing brocolli and wondered what to do with it once it's sprouted! At the mo i've got several seeds in loo rolls about 2 cm high with 1

set of leaves. Do i need to transplant them on- if so what into? and when should i be looking to plant them out? Thanks

Loo roll cater more space for the root growth, they should be ok to stay longer in there to grow. If you have green house, let them stay there but watch out of frost.

Mine are getting somewhat leggy and need transplanting/sinking into deeper pots. Would it be okay to plant them relatively close together.

They won't produce well if you plant them too close Veg, If I am not mistaken, they need 2 ft spacing which chicken me out .
I only plant the Igloo/idol mini cauliflowers (last year failed!), just sow the last 10 seeds a week a go. Igloo need around 30cm spacing which is tolerable for my small space.

Sorry they'll be spaced out as per planting guidelines when they get planted in the bed but as they're still seedlings in relatively shallow dish, I thought I'd pot up, you know sinking them deeper. Same delima with Mangetout, so tall they're trailing, not standing.

I am sowing my igloo in 2" cell and only 1 or 2 has germinated, will plant them out as they have 4 leaves or so (depending on the weather).
If yours are in tray, you should prick them out at 2 leaves stage and potted in 2" pot. Don't wait too long the roots will be entangled.
My mangetout is a bush type and they are plated out a weeks ago (with some light plastic protections).
