Hi there folks!
I have tried 3 times now to sow Thompson and Morgan Paris Silverskin Onion seeds, first time on the windowsill with propagater lid, then second time on windowsill without a lid, and now in my heated propagater with lid on in kitchen window. Every time the seeds have got a white thread like mould growing on the surface of the compost. The first 2 times I lost all the seeds to damping off. This time I have watered with 1 level teaspoon of Cheshunt Compound dissolved in luke warm water, but the mould seems to resist it. Can anyone tell me what is going wrong here and what I should do? The other 3 trays of seed in the propagater are fine and without the white mould stuff.
HEEEELLLP!! Many thanks
Eden
