Martha, be patient, instead of creating new threads please wait a little while for a reply (or replies) to your original question. The more threads we have the longer it takes to sort through them, and everyone gets confused. If you are worried that you are being ignored, then simply post a reply to the original thread - this will move it up in the "new posts" which most of us check when we log on.
