while I think there is nothing wrong using plastic cups for growing seedlings in I dont think I would consider buying plants in them - would look very amateurish to me. but perhaps thats just me?

Or try Kays Discount Garden Supplies - N A Kays Horticulture
But it does make me wonder if I could persuade them to fill the drinks machine with plant pots instead of cups...lol
By the way I also use the clear cups off the drinking water machine as mini cloches they work a treat.
If I remember rightly I got my last pots from N A Kays

LBS sell what they call flexipots - they are very flimsy black polythene pots but when filled they hold their shape well. Don't have my buyers guide here - it's out my field - but I think I bought a bundle of four thousand of the 3" size for about £40.00. They are ideal for raising your own but if the plants are for selling i would use standard 3" pots. Again LBS sell these complete with shuttle trays.
Give LBS a call and ask them to send you a copy of their Buyers Guide. It's good - not necessarily cheaper than NA Kays but at least you can see a picture of what you're buying - not the case with NA Kays.
If you need to source anything else - printed labels etc, drop me PM and I'll give you my supplier details - alternatively, have a look at Untitled DocumentLast edited by sewer rat; 26-03-2008, 12:23 AM.Rat
