Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum and have been gardening using a greenhouse for 4 years now and each year my limited garden becomes more and more of an allotment..Last autum i sowed organic green manure (mixed packet from T&M) and in early january i dug it all in and covered my beds with polythene. I removed the covers yesterday to prepare for sowing and found to my horror, it has not rotted down as it is supposed to in 8-12weeks...Anyone got any advice with this problem as i am contemplating re-digging it all and composting all unrotted greens...As i was very excited to start sowing i am now very anxious...Thanks everyone!!!
    I'll be SLACK!!!

I'm here for a good time, not a long time

I wouldn't be too worried about it - perhaps just roughly fork over the beds and fish out any big lumps of plant material.

You'd probably need to break up the soil for sowing anyway, so it shouldn't increase your workload too much.
    Resistance is fertile
