Cut and Come

I'm familliar with perpetual spinach and plucking the odd salad leaf from a plant but do you know of any cut and come again secrets ?

Something like harvesting cabbage then cutting a cross into the stem to get 4 mini cabbages

You can do it with sprouts and eat the resulting greens
