Am I mad to even think of it ?

I've got some spuds called Adora from a sack from our local farm shop, I was gonna put them in the ground with the others, I now know not 2 - I sometimes put spuds in plastic garden sacks and roll the sack up as I earth them up, this works OK but ground crops are much better. Anyone got any ideas on the mix of manure/compost/earth I should be putting in the sacks... I really want these to work as Adora make fantastic baking potatoes, and they are just sitting on the sideboard in the kitchen saying 'please plant me I can't wait to grow!'
