hi ive bought a small greenhouse and wondered when it would be safe to put my toms in, i live in liverpool and the weather has been very unsettled. the other week i temp put them in the greenhouse and the first leaves started to curl and went a little limp so have put them back into my conservatory to try and perk them up a little is this right what i have done.

Yep, they will stand fairly cold temps, but not freezing. But they will take some time to acclimatise to cooler temps than were they were germinated. We've put ours in the unheated g/h but cover them with fleece at night. If it gets really cold at the w/end then we'll bring them up to the house for a few nights/days even. When we've repotted our aubs and peppers then they'll spend the day in the g/h but will be bought back to the house at night, until night-time temps stay in double figures I reckon.
