Just been down the garden. Three bumble bees moving around my broad beans which are in full flower. 18 of 20 first early potatoes showing a good 1+ inches out of ground. Don't get a lot of frost around here but would it be best to fleece the beans and earth up the potatoes?

My (newly grown and not yet flowering) broad beans were out in the snow the other weekend, with no fleece, just a netting tunnel to keep the pigeons from eating them, and they've been fine. As long as the temperatures aren't dipping well below freezing, they should have a decent chance, I think. I would be more worried about gales, especially if you are in an exposed spot.
And it certainly wouldn't hurt to earth up the potatoes, since you are going to have to do it soon anyway
