Right, I've run out of space in my veg patch. I've started putting potatoes in sacks ready to earth up and I've got a raised bed that is quite big - but I need more!!! Any ideas appreciated!

All manner of fruit and veg can be grown in tubs, hanging baskets and wall pots...start going upwards!!
Good luck!Nestled somewhere in the Cambridgeshire Fens. Good soil, strong winds and 4 Giant Puffballs!

If your spuds are earlies and you sow some over-wintering greens like broccoli (Purple sprouting, not calabrese) or kale or sprouts in a month or so, you can put the plants where the spuds came out. You can do this with leeks too. Or pumpkins or squashes. It's possible to double up on beds like this. Early peas can come out and have something else put in. I seem to remember that Snadger is a bit of a guru on this!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
