Excellent. Someone said because of the differing humidity requirements, I'd ahev to screen off the cucs. Do you wet down the floor to keep it humid at all? I am all for an easy life!
I think toms like dry air whilst cucurbits like it humid? They've been grown together in greenhouses for years though without too many ill effects!
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
I grow them together but I put the cukes at the back of the greenhouse and spray that area, avoiding the toms. Have cukes coming out of my ears! And lots of toms (except last summer when the toms by the door got blighted.
No problems, grow them quite happily together along with chillies, peppers, aubergines and melons amongst other thing.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
